Intuitive Horse

Now here is something really different in the way of a retreat to bring out the finer feelings you never knew you had… with a horse! Now before you claim you are afraid of horses, have never ridden, or know nothing about these lovely creatures, please read on and learn just why a retreat with a horse could be the best retreat you ever had.

Intuitive Horse provides a tranquil environment in which individuals can focus on developing their self-awareness and greater confidence to deal with the challenges and demands of their personal and professional lives.

Many people who have never been involved with horses are learning that just as with our pet dog and cat, there are health benefits to be gained from contact with horses. Today increasing numbers of centers work with horses as teaching companions for disabled children and young people. For example, many suffering from Autism and Down’s Syndrome have found a new and better expression of their emotions and improved self-esteem when involved with horses. The reasons remain mysterious in many ways, just as swimming with dolphins does, but the results show something positive and health giving happens.

The Intuitive Horse retreats are an intensive three-day experience, giving you the opportunity to have a direct experience with yourself and the horses. Horses can help you understand yourself better by mirroring back both your conscious and subconscious emotional and behavioural states. No riding is involved in the retreat and absolutely no prior experience with horses is necessary. Groups are kept small to ensure individual attention in a safe environment.
