The Centre is a charitable trust run by a team of counsellors and healers living and working together as a spiritual family under the loving guidance of Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma. Natural Spiritual Healing, Progressive Counselling and Self-Development Retreats and courses.

Meditation is the central feature of the centre and Pure Meditation courses are taught regularly. The Centre also offers Transformation Hatha Yoga.

The Centre includes a 17th century house with extensive grounds and offering plenty of space and facilities, including a heated indoor therapy pool. The Centre is near the River Cam and beautiful open countryside.

Open: All year. Receives men, women, young people, groups, non-retreatants.
Rooms: 5 singles, 4 doubles, 2 shared ensuites, 2 garden chalets. Self-catering retreat accommodation possible.
Facilities: Two meditation rooms, 3 acres of beautiful gardens with ponds, oriental garden, library, 3 guest lounges (one with log fire), large exercise room.
Spiritual Help: In-depth Pure Meditation (Raja~Kriya Yoga) course. Diploma courses in Natural Spiritual Healing, Progressive Counselling and Transformation Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Personal Retreats offering spiritual guidance, Natural Spiritual Healing, Progressive Counselling and Meditation Foundation course.
Guests Admitted to: all are welcome to use gardens, two meditation rooms, library, lounges and heated indoor therapy pool.
Meals: Vegetarian wholefood, homegrown & organic where possible.
