Claiming to be Ireland's leading holistic holiday centre for rest and renewal and the practice of a new apporoach to life, Lios Dana is set in a wonderful location on the southern shoreline of the Dingle peninsula in the southwest of Ireland. There are three day programmes which include yoga and shiatsu massage, group courses from March to October in a variety of holist disciplines or you can come for a simple holiday break and use the centre's facilities. Country walks, sea and mountains and early Christian sites are all possible here.
