Hello I am back and still in one piece. Boy I am tired, I need some serious space and meditation time, we all go back to normal now, so time for me to re-group go back to normal life. I have to share with you that I am suffering with a really stiff sore neck and can’t move my head properly, not sure what this is all about.

Boswell and Bailey are sleeping quietly by my side in the garden happy to have their space back. I am going to do some healing codes and tapping now, see if we can shift this.
